I am loving this fitted flare dress from Cynthia Rowley. While in NYC last winter for a couple of days I purchase three of her dresses from a small boutique in the city. I love the way they fit me with comfort and ease.I complimented the dress with my blue Miller Sandals from Tory Burch, and my Brahmin Satchel which is awesome because it carries everything.
